Im feeling like I need some new lippies in my life. Like most desi women I have relatively pigmented lips… but im not THAT tan..im like nc25, so I can’t wear lippies that are TOO dark for everyday wear… Anyways what are some lippies that you ladies feel give you the MLLB “My lips but better effect” ?! Prefferably mac and clinique.lol. I don’t want to spend too much on a lippie unless its like FANTASTIC and my life would be incomplete without it.

Well my lips but better is MAC Skew, it's not that diff from my natural colour.

Just googled it and I saw Camilla Belle wear it! Its so pretty! MAC WOULD DISCONTINUE IT!

The Rimmel one is really good!! I hate lipsticks that rub off too soon, so it's really nice...my other favorite is maybelline lipstick in "let me pink" its a bit darker thab cosmo by mac, but omg it goes on like butter...great formula!! It's def a my lips but better!

Hands down, the best MLBB lippie is Fresco by Hourglass. And if you add a bit of blush and mascara? URGH SO PRETTY! I'm around the same skin as OP (NC20-25) but my mom who is NC15 LOVES it as well. My friend who's an NC35 is in love with it. Fresco is just a gorgeous shade, IMO. My lips are really pigmented as well (they are really pink so most lighter lippies pull darker on me).
If you're looking for MAC shades, Hug Me is similar. I don't really like the formula of MAC lippies so I don't buy them any more. Also, have you tried the Revlon Lip Butters? They have quite a few, Tutti Frutti and Cherry Tart are great ones.

I havn't seen wal mart in agaes!! But ive heard good stuff about revlons lip butters mmm now Im tempted to give them a try! And I always had this wierd fear mac's hug me was super pale, maybe I was just looking at the wrong lipstick at the counter! And mamakidua does frecklotone have a very orange feel to it...sort of like mocha??

I have one that I really like, by a brand called UNE, it's a really pretty, natural pink colour which just looks really natural. Will post a pic later on : )
