i need to find old and new cases and i can’t find dem over the net! i have tried lexi-nexus but it doesn’t recognise the case name dat i have!!!
talk to the law library librarian. he/she will be able to help you find the case through their resources. By new you mean recent cases right? Otherwise every case would be old :)
What are the case names?

I used to use Westlaw, but I think that might only be for the States. It's a great tool to lookup cases. smile
