Re: my journey to a 6 pac!
update please..
yesterday i went back after 2 weeks of gap.. (going from a max 4day gap) and i tried opposite way, i did cardio after my weights.. and manhh it killed me..
after a 5.25miles run/brisk session, i felt so light that i went home.. and stayed in bed pretty much ..
i think its just poor choices.. first it was a 2 week gap (got busy with shikra's wedding, travelling, recovering, work right after and that too of a long week) then straight up heavy weights and bad choices of grouping.. (back and biceps) then cardio
anyway, food wise i'm coming back to my regular stuff.. no oil/curry , no fried stuff, just baked/grilled/boiled or steamed..
lets see.. the last 2pounds of body fat are the hardest to shed off.. :D
that vein-popping thing is now visible in my both bicep.. it hasnt reached shoulders/chest yet..
riz: considered taking fat-burning suppliments? or ur goal is to do it all naturally?
Re: my journey to a 6 pac!
^doing too much cardio will make u lose muscle...so mix it up a bit..i dont want a 6 pac,i eat everything, but i do burn it too 4 to 5 days a week from jogging and a bit of weights.
Re: my journey to a 6 pac!
i wonder what else will appear from under ur skin, if u were asked to bring a bottle of an infant's formula. just a thought :>
The first change i noticed was a vein appeared on my left forearm 2nd change was this vein became visible on my left bicep and i could see it run all the way from my forearm to the bicep and then to my chest
Then I noticed the same changes but this time on my right side.
obviously the waist has started to look smaller too.
I will keep on updating as changes become more and more evident. Let me be a source of inspiration!
Re: my journey to a 6 pac!
who want to hear the story of my journy to 2 pac....that man was something else
Re: my journey to a 6 pac!
my priorities keep on shifting .. since 6pac is harder to achieve, so OVERALL it comes down to toning, rather than being bulky..
its still a good weather, i better bulk up now, then tone during the winters..
Re: my journey to a 6 pac!
Faizy, nice to hear from you.
Faizy back and biceps is sometimes a good option because your biceps are tired after your back workout and then if you train them too you really overload them but only try it for a month or so, keep on changing your workouts to shock the body.
Cardio after weigths is good but yes do not do too much cardio. You dont need to do obscene amounts of cardio to get a 6 pac. The biggest factor is the diet.
