Who was that African American hip/hop soul R&B, whatever who made a video that was on his body the whole song…

It starts on his face I think and pans out and it goes so far that you can see his groin, and then it goes back to focus on his face. Was it R-Kelly? I dunno - don’t keep track of who is who anymore.

The video was extremely raw, just like the lyrics of the song … raw emotion. It went well for the song.
