khud banaya hay
First you fry moti moti diced onion till its soft
Us main add keema/lehsan/adrak
Then add masala
Then get a pan and pastry sheets
Line the bottom with pastry sheets, add qeema and any combination of vegies
Top it with pastry sheets, I add two layers cause it makes the crust fluffy
In the oven for 30 minutes

this may be a dumb question but what exactly are the masalas? I only recognize salt and red mirch and haldi. One looks like zeera (?) and crushed corriander? and the other stuff?

The pastry sheets are an easier way of not getting your hands dirty making the dough.

i dont like that herbs in it such as rosemary or oregano plus sometimes they have wine in it as well !
