are swollen coz of an allergic reaction to chapstick 
kya karoon abh? There’s this red line outside my lips, like i put brite red lip liner on and just smudged it to havethat fuzzy effect. What do idO?

A couple of days. Depends. But I suggest you dont use any other chap sticks or lip sticks etc that could irritate your lips further.
