I'm in love with someone who is married :(
I actually caught myself flirting with him the other day, and then had to stop myself.
His wife doesn't know.

What do you mean? Are you saying that he KNOWS you're in love with him? So are you in a relationship with him? Or is thinking of starting something.
You did the right thing by stopping yourself, PCG. Cheating is deception because there is lying involved, that's why there is guilt. When something is done with honesty........there is less guilt involved.
In other words.......if this guy has no desire to be with his wife.....if their marriage is beyond repair........then he needs to end it with her BEFORE he starts something with you. That's a more decent way of handling things because there is no deception.
Put yourself in his wife's shoes. What goes around comes around. Don't start anything with this guy. You don't need to be someone's mistress. Don't settle for anyone who won't commit to you........or who doesn't value committment to begin with.
