Guppies plzzzzzz help me…when i was in pakistan my hair was soooo thick…although they were not that long
But when i came here(america)…my hair is getting thin…they are getting long but becoming thin..my chutia was so thick before but now its becoming thin…
wat should i do???any ideas…but plzzzzzzz easy ideas…
ok Dj laken y r u using baby shampoo ? i dont know if it is not good but i onse read some where in beauty magasin ke baby shampo ko babies ke liye he rahne daeeN , dont use them. so kub se use kar rahiN hoo ? try to change ur shampoo and keep using oil every week ( maybe in weekends cz normal to odd lagay gaa naa school/job par jana with oily hairs ) zaead Hot shower too nahiN lateeN ? our haN dont dry ur hairs with hair dryer, wo bhi sahi nahiN hota .
Are you using the same brands of hair care products here as you did in Pakistan? Try doing that if you can. Different brands have different formulations, that have different effects on hair - all shampoos and conditioners are not the same.
Sharara: You put olive oil in your hair??? I though coconut oil was what’s supposed to go up there…

desi anday [organic egg here in usa] kee zardi aur honey kee equal amount ko achee tarhaan mix ker ke sar pe lagao…roots pe, not on the hair…aur jab sokh jayay toh garam paani se dho lo aur shampoo aglay din kerna…
haftay mein siraf do baar kisi mild shampoo se baal dho
regular trimming kerwao…
baalon ko roz eik baar comb karo araam se…suljhanay ke lyay go from botom to top not top to bottom werna zaada tootTe haen…
teyl kee maalish karo weekends pe [olive, kora teyl]
dayeen [yoghurt] se baal dho haftay mein eik din…
always use warm but not hot water to wash ur hair
dont put pressure on wet hair baal zaada tootTe haen..
aur generally take a balanced diet, have a god sleeping routine and do exercise…this makes the biggest difference
han yaar tension se bhe baal girtay hayn so dont worry abt anything aur khushki [dandruff] se toh boht hi zaada..as soon as u notice khushki get rid of it with proper diet, exercise and drinking lots of water…and that anda and dayeen wala totka jo oopar likha hae mein ne works great for khuhki as well
