My green pulao recipe

I tried it and found it different:

1 Kg mutton
Fennel green - one big piece of abou 200 grams - finely chopped
Green coriander - one bunch - finely chopped
Green chillies - 12 finely chopped
Garlic whole
Black illachi - 4
6 cup water

Boil all this stuff for 2 hours. Then take it out the meat and blend rest of the stuff and squeeze the garlic.

Fry 4 onions in oil and the separate it from oil and add some garam masala (whole - with bay leaves) and meat and fry it for few minutes and then add pre-soaked rice (4 cups) and then add back the yakhnai (6 cups) and cook and when almost done simmer for10 mins and if you like add kewra and zarda colour.

yummm .. green pulao , so does it come out green ? why is it called green pulao ?

Not much green but made from the green stuff!
