First of all brown boy could you list the clause number of the law and the complete statement of that law?

Assuming what you’re saying is accurate, then by definition all xeroxing or photocopying of federally issued documents should be a felony too. Geeeeeezzzz did you bleach your brain as well?

no i don't think its a felony...

when i needed to apply for my passport... they asked for a "copy" of my green card

its a felony if you are doing something wrong with that copy...
