Yes both are/were new from XFX Graphics. 
The case isn’t phenomenal as could be like (Antec 900) or anything, but it’s pretty decent. It gets decent airflow.
Since posting yesterday, i have a ticket with XFX to get replacement heatsink/fan, so lets see if that actually goes through. Or i might just have to get an aftermarket heatsink/fan i guess. 
That doesn’t help. Elaborate please…
