Very few customization options right now. Best thing, as usual is the ease with which you can drag and drop various elements of the portal. They plan to add a lot more content soon. This beta release was rushed by six weeks, apparently, so they only launched with 12 available elements.

They also have a recruitment ad out - they want people, particulalrly women, in NYC, Hyderabad and Bangalore....saw it in some mag but I am sure you can google find it!
