is getting married in a month and now she is complaining of headaches/vomit/nervousness/ and most importantly sleepless nights. I think she is going thru pre-marriage anxiety.. what do you all think? please keep it clean and serious replies only.
If shes in the US, how about having her take some sort of counseling with some psychotherapist? If shes a college student, I am sure they'll have a free shrink who'd be able to help students out.
sounds like nerves to me. if her diet and everything’s the same, then it’s most probably that she’s just very nervous. same stuff happens with me when a big day’s coming up
i remember couple of minutes before my cousins had to take me out on mehndi night..... my legs gave up on me.... couldnt even stand for a sec....
my husband called me and talked to me....
jst talk to her abt her wedding.... and let her do the talking....
ask her if she is concerned abt something....

thankyou.
Yes I have known people as the date get closer they quit eating altogether due to anxiety!
I've experience headaches when I'm stressed out. But when I'm SUPER STRESSED OUT......I also feel nauseous and weak and light-headed and i can't sleep. I feel for your friend. Hmm, get her to talk to you and express her fear. Maybe she should try talking to her fiance, that could make her relax. If possible, distract her. Hang out, go to the movies, do girl stuff.
sounds like anxiety attacks to me. has she seen a doctor? if not, it would be wise to. anxiety attacks are usually sparked from stress. there are ways to combat this. i.e. yoga, breathing techniques, going to a spa, similar activities aimed at calming the nerves.
