  • Nadia: * oh i am so sorry that i didn't replied before..actually i have a measuring cup that measures in mls, ounce and cups..its about 1/2 cup...you can use more milk if you want..coz milk evaporates a bit in the process..yes, the baking powder is the one you use with baking ingredients.

Oh i see that you already made them..i am so happy that you enjoyed making and eating them hugs back to you Let me know what particularly you wanna try..i'll try that and then i'll post the recipe and pics :-)

  • afshan: * actually they were not..the pic that you are seeing is a zoom version..plus it was taken right at the moment where they change the size and shrink..so it could be that..but the end result was a normal size :-)

The ras malais were a smashing success - main nahiN samajh rahi thi kai itnay phool jayen gai, Masha’Allah. Now Ammi wants me to learn more dishes:D i think she’s more amazed than even i am - because i normally don’t enter the kitchen to cook. Khair - with the success of the ras malais, now you have given me the confidence and the interest:D Thank you. :flower1:
