There is no reason to get ready for any kind of situation here. I am merely discussing my problem. All that needs to be done is for good customer service to be performed and everyone will be happy.
I do feel it is inappropriate to put a customer's name out there. I happen to know her. She had a positive experience. I am not having one and this is how they are dealing with it. Rabeela knows this and you all can see what she is doing here.
