I never said it was. Im only saying that some morons can be sensible people and some thought to be sensible people can turn out to be morons. Perhaps they change and its not just that I realize what they are actually like. I should have been a psychologist.:D

I try not to be judgemental, and I generally get on with most people when meeting them on GS for the first time. A few people Ive instantly got on with have truned out to be complete nobs, and some people Ive been wary of have truned out to be good buddies. Besides what you post on GS here is not a reflection of ur character and personality. Some people tend to be childish for the sake of fun on GS not cuz of the fact they have a juvenile personality in thier real life. A "net" character most of the time is a mere eyewash, cloaked from reality
You can never be sure unless u meet the person in reality. It's hard, and I guess you shouldn't judge a book by its cover, but its the natural thing to do.
Which is what inevitably happens anyway

Ok its not so much that this is "online". Its that who I assumed were my friends were not, and who I assumed hated me- actually liked me.
Am I making any sense here? I suck at explanations.
But just that, its not so much as how people wish to be perceived , but more of my "realizing" what they are like where Im concerned.

missy--- the difference is ,that whether you plan to have a long term meeting/relationship is besides the point. Its just that there has to be some code of ethics for online activities! I dont trust people easily. Im just the type who treats others with respect - as often as possible that is.
