I have not read the entireity of postings, apologies if I am duplicating.
You are assuming the change is in annother individual, often it is simply us who develop and grow. which like fraudia says, is a result of personal experiance and interaction with said person.
I also think there is possibly a lot less to people then we have imagine. Initially we presuppose and assign all kinda of mysteries to people, and it is in their unraveling that we become disenchanted (at least this is how it works for me) blah blah blah blah< the most substantial part of my post
