Well I got boyh my mendi and barat day make up from Jugnu. Mendhi was done by lady called hama done a lovey job I told her I wanted it natural n dats how she did it.
Baraat day uff der was soo many brides around 15/20 all jus sitting around waiting for their turn. My make up was done by Jugnu himself although he done a lovely job I got compliments for both my mendi n baraat look. The service its
problems.
The bride jugnu was doing before me he seemed to leave her half way and abbas had to finish her of which meant da bride he was working on had to wait for him to finish jugnus bride. That was odd. When it came to my turn jugnu was not around I had to kick of a bit of a fuss as I was going to get late. Finally jugnu shows up and does my make up once again I kept it simple n natural and jugnu seemed to understand this.
I felt that the place has poor cutomer service and they give priority to favourite or special clients, and allow them to jump the que and push ahead of other clients who waiting.
I also got my mendi done from a guy called honeh who workw at Jugnus mendi came out really dark and nice.
The lady who done my mendi hair told me that dey always overbook and have more customers then staff can deal with cus they are under staffed.
my baraat hall was Ramada Hotel in Isb which was lovely, once agai I got lovely compliments about the place.

finally jugnu came back and abbass did my makeup.
customer service quality is poor like anything, even the admin ladies were shouting on the brides just to make them wait. and after experiencing this customer care i was regretting to get booking with them. but again its the makeup quality that we got compliments for our big day.

It's such a shame their customer service is really crap.
I forgot to mention as I was gettin my mendhi done da admin lady came up to the guy doinf my mendi n assuming I am from da uk n wont understand said dis hand n den mae her wait as dis other bride needs her mendi done. I understood it all & told em im not moving from here until my mendi is complete.. Once again preferential treatment.
Like u said its da make up we get complimented on.. But even then i saw a bride who hated her make up bit did not hav a choice but to stick with it..
That's simply ridiculous how they treat their brides, they are over priced and they way they treat us like we are getting some kinda favor from them, i will never recommend it to anyone now Jugnu because the wedding day is already a bit confusing and sensitive day for a girl where she has to be relaxed and be treated carefully emotionally too.
yea its not necessary that everyone like their makeup done by them. i see Sobia and Allenorra are working great and they are not less than that.
well it had happened now but i hate the day when i booked them and they put me in a huge stress for the whole day plus ruined my photo shoot due to their poor schedule.
