Irem, girls in Pakistan aren't slim ..... they are thin. I am sure you are normal for your height. I was the moti one when I was in Karachi so I know how you feel. Compared to people here though, we are not chubby/fat .... are normal. If you are still paranoid, then do some cardio at home .... and cut down on halwa poori (everyday????) .... that is soooo fattening.
I tease a family member from time to time bout this, its funny, we all laugh about it.

I dont think the problem is with your weight. The real culprit is that almost all the fattening food is either downstaris from your office or outside of your house. Have you considered moving out or may be migrating to Uganda?

but if u really thing u needa change all dat den try pilates or certain exercises, do NOT n i repeat do NOT start dieting
juz eat healthy and don’t eat too much of the oily foods if u think dat’ll help u, other den dat i say keep exercising n dat’ll help u more den having to diet n do all dat stupid stuff, wese bhi like i said it depends on a person’s body. i have this friend who weighs more than me but looks madddddddd skinny. why? because she has a small bone structure than me, if you looked at her arms and mine you can see that im skinnier but my bones are bigger than hers, she has more meat n i got more bone in me

I saw a CNN report, where they showed an African reporter, who went to Etopia and lived in a village for a month, he eat what they eat, he drank what they drank, he worked what they worked, it was a real eyeopener, as his host family, didnt eat for days other then some kind of grass, the kids very crying yet so brave, the mother was a non stop worker, a strong woman, the father a helpless man, when you see such documentaries then Irem your sorrow seems unreal, be glad that you are bless with so much, we don't aknowledge what we've got until we dont have it anymore. :(
