OK so my fairytale isn’t all tht far away and although ideally at the age of 24 i should have seen numerous weddings/engagements in my life unfortunately i have seen none (at least never in Pakistan)
My engagement is in dec in karachi and i dunt know anything there as im from Dubai. Could people please suggest.
Venue: (Im looking for a farmhouse kind of a setting for close family and friends..sophisticated & classy)
Photographer/ Videographer: Very natural, not necessarily all posed pics and innovative
Catering: What is the kind of menu best suitable for an engagement party? kindly suggest caterer n menu
Designer: Both male & female u most recommend
Jewellery: Where do i buy it from? (Not interested in gold, kundan proffered)
Makeup: Any salon suggestions?
Oh and can someone tell me an average of how much can such an event cost in karachi? (not to over the top for max 100ppl)
I know its too many questions to ask but i have waited for this a long long time but sadly my n my to-be fiances family aren’t the sort that would know much about such stuff!
Also please tell me if there is something i am completely forgetting about and should consider!!

InshaAllah it will all go well, don’t stress over it. I’ve never been to Karachi so I don’t have a word of advice for you apart from the fact that most businesses in Pakistan don’t have an official website so you will come across many different services/options once you actually get to Karachi.

my self shumaila sheikh im in a business of wedding planning last 2 years recently i did 2 big projects inshallah soon upload pics and im also doing wedding favors , bridal showers, etc i saw your query i had my own venues but first of all i want to know number of peoples your budget , your theme your family and in laws taste for food etc then im able to give u quotation i have my own setup of food of every kind under named of chaudry mateen foods , having posh venues afza lawn , the royal , palm village is like a farm house , etc have a whole team of beautician stylist , own setup of flower arrangment so i think u dnt need to run anywhere im doing a work in my clients budgets...
