well u s design techonology was all about making a product howa a profesional would. which involves a laborious process of design specification and brefing and brain storming not to forget first of all to find a problem to solve in my case my excuse to make the table was that i wanted to keep my room tidy and have table to put my things on. also after ward u need to research difrent designs and analysing them this leads on to making your own design sketches and developing those further then choosing 2 final ones and then developing one further tang 
|| also i looked at diffrent leg design as well as the carving on the side. then of course i had to draw a 3d to scale drawring of it on special paper whicih has lines at 45 degrees to each other to make the object look diagonal. wat else i had to do theroy work on all the tools and machines i had used and i had to link it with my actualy table or else i would get no marks and also i looked at how i could use CAD/CAM to help me with one of the machines i used ( CAD/CAM = computer aided design / computer aided manufacturing) after all this i had to do a detailed flow chart of how i was actually gona build the table and wat tools i would use, where as in actuall fact i made the table first then i did the flow chart 
i had to analyse my out come and tell how i could have improved my table also i had to say wat mistakes i made and stuff like that. in the end i had to do a page on how i proposed to market my product i remmeber my teacher saying excellent

the course i took was like over 2 years and during it u r supposed to do 3 projects in the first year and one main one in the second. well i lost my first one’s paper work the clok one so i got a mark for the clock a C

. for the seond one i was ill for like onr and a half month so i didnt do that and the third one i was too lasy to do the paper work so i just did the practial work… made a ring
