Actually it is a video taken while driving. Will try to upload soon. In the meanwhile i’ll try to upload clear photo too. The whole Bazaar is lightening on the arrival of the month of “Ramadhan”.

I don't know about the other images but before 'iftari' on these streets some younger distribute free water and dates to all passer by (either driving or walking). In the evening after traveeh, individuals holds stalls where they distribute free Islamic Books, CD, DVD related to Islam, Ramadhan, Fasting etc., moreover, zakat collector, donation accepter or one who wish to be sponsor of a one house of an orphan for a whole month including eids gifts are also there who guide peoples how to help poor, needy peoples. That is why these lightening is there.
Lagta hy ke Christmas buhat dekhi hy bary Mian ne isliyeh others ko Christmas compare kiya ja raha hy. :)
