My Calorie Counter :(

I have started keeping track of my calorie intake using a website. Presently, my height is 5 3’ and weight is 65kg (148lbs). I am on the border line of entering into overweight BMI.

THESE ARE THE RESULTS: (after subtracting calories burnt)

30th september - 2044 calories
1st October - 1508 calories
2nd October - 1952 calories
3rd October - 2063 calories
4th October - 1831 calories

The calculation shows, I have:
Carbohydrates: 60% !!!
Protein: 19% !
Fat: 15%

My intake should be around:
42g fat - and i have 111g (3 times more almost)
**195mg **cholestrol - and i have 435 mg (almost 2 times more)
**33g **protein: and i have 146g protein (almost 4 times more)

I normally have milk in breakfast, salad + soup + any chicken sandwich/chicken gravy with rice/anything else chicken, dinner is a little lighter. The calorie intake and proportions show that my eating habits are not right. Everything i eat is adding to my weight. I have no time for wiorking out due to my job and at job i try to use stairs down of almost 6 storeys just to burn calories but I am a food freak and i cannot stop myself if i see noodles, rice, soup or salad. The lunch is always heavy since we have a buffet system at work, no matter what you doi you end up eating more. The rest of the day i dont eat much but my lunch alone counts to a 1000 calories. I wish i had a strong determination and a self restricting nature. err!

Re: My Calorie Counter :(

It all boils down to what you said in the end. You cant use that excuse about not working out at all. Most of us have challenging career jobs but some of us make the time for recreational stuff. How hard is it to work out 3-5 times a week? I'm a foodie too but to eat all those delicious things out there but I make it a point to chisel out at the gym and work hard for every calorie I consume.
