We are not supposed to use Islam to justify our internal urge to destroy and burn and kill mankind.
Dont fight evil with evil, have faith in good. Ultimately the good prevails, love conquers all.
Open your heart to Love, dont look at the ID card first to decide whether to give love or not. If you love God, you have to serve God. How do you serve God? God needs your Namaz and Ibadat? God wants to go out there and serve the God who lives in the hearts of mankind.
And dont think Muslims are the only ones who love God and who are working for peace and justice. I have met Christians and Buddhists who love God just as much and who are working for His cause. Prophet (saw) always promoted living in peaceful co-existence with other faiths. And take this out of your system that other religions are evil. Every goodness, thats out there in any form, is sent by Allah through different means. Evil is your enemy, not non-Muslims.
Fighting should be the last resort, when all else fails. First fight evil with good, if that doesnt work -- conceal your identity, if that doesnt work -- migrate, if that doesnt work then fight back for your defense. If its a matter of life and death then fight back. Fight against injustice, oppression, and tyranny. Fight for justice, equity, and Love. A Muslim can be unjust and tyrant, then fight against him.
You see what hatred has done to Pakistan, industries are suffering, agriculture is suffering, humanity is suffering.
Give love to people, be kind and compassionate. Soften your heart, dont hurt even an insect. God is most merciful, most compassionate, most forgiving. A pious and faithful person has all those qualities.

Sir ALLAH only accepts Islam as deen what ever Chiristian or Buddhists are doing ALLAH dont like until and unless they accept Islam there deeds will not be accepted thats as clear as water for a muslim if ALLAH would have accepted all religion than he wouldnt have sent so many PROPHETS we only give love to those people who ask for it who want war and trouble we will give it to him because its the order of ALLAH and his PROPHET MUHAMMAD SAW

Is there any thing in the Quran or Hadees that state we should shake our left hands with non-believers? I have never heard that or been told that by anyone before not even by similar radical people. I can understand how he hates somethings about Western culture but that obnoxious attitude he has does Islam no favours.

I heard this part and that was also shocking for me yes we are not allowed to giver proper Islamic Greetings but we can shake hand if some non muslim says complete salam to us we should only say alikum
