Mahreen we are not perfect..no one is ! We do not do the embroidery and kaam ourselves but rely on what we explain to our workers and what they perceive. Things have turned out wrong and unexpected at times but thats when we need to admit our shortcoming and own our mistakes evwn if it’s tailor’s or karigar’s fault and make amendments. I have had to remake many heavy pieces even bridals at times to cover up the shortcomings and to make the bride happy.

Her inshaan jo aise kaam kerta hai (is in this field of work) woh apna markup rakh ker hi kaam bata ta hai we all know this but woh haq aur halal ka hota hai unki mehnat hoti the rounds they to go to bazar, speaking to right karigars to get work right to present to client while their clients are home for end product.

Lekin isne toh hadd hi ker dii lotne kii, I have asked her for refund, told her I will send the dress back at my cost have her so many options for her to do damage control but she chose to stand adamant .
