Here is my ever evolving desktop. I go for simplicity. I like to have a nice clean interface, without any clutter or unnecessary icons.

I’m not finished tweaking it. Soon, i’ll post another one that should be my finished in a week or so..

i think it was called default. i've changed it so much that it doesn't look remotely like that anymore

I also prefer blackish backgrounds.. not too colourful backgrounds for me..

BTW, is that Litestep you are using..?

its called DesktopX.. its fairly new and hasn’t matured as much as LiteStep.. i got it two days ago and thought i should give it a try.. kinda bit more complicated than litestep..
