need your help guys, something quick and easy(anything but
that cabbage soup diet :hehe: ) Help Plz
u guys rock

Drink only water...or starve yoursel. Best way to lose weight.

:hehe: gee thanks i didn’t know that, i am serious CM, u r no help man

starve ur self for 3 days :D

Cut down on carbs and salt in the days leading up to the wedding as they can make you retain water.

And I was talking to a girl at work who used to be a model and she swears by taking 2 garic and 2 papaya capsules 3 times a day for a week if she wants to look thinner. Will try it out after Ramadan and see how I get on.

thanks shahreen, u rock girl

rmish one of my best friends is getting married during the first week of jan too and i'm planning to TRY and shed a couple pounds too :D my plans never work out tho lol

khayr here's the thing

drink LOTS of water all the time...sit with water wherever u sit, seriously just water water water should become ur life

then

cut down on carbs, dont stop but cut down majorly...

exercise...dont kill urself exercising....walking...if u can skip rope thats a good exercise kamar kam hoti hae...also treadmill, stairmaster all that stuff...

and get regular sleep but dont oversleep

good luck n keep us updated :D

Eat lots of Lo-KaaT and then drink water. Aisa pait kharaab hoga kay sub kuch baaher nikkal aayega.

But seriously, stop eating bread and dont drink soda.

:hehe:

Eat as less carb as possible, I have lost around 5 pounds in ramadan so far just cos of that. One slice of wheat bread wont kill you. White is not to be eaten no matter what. Focus on fruits, salads etc. If you really feel the urge to have carbs just take a very very small amount…zaiqay ke liyay.

u r gold my friend

Thankyou so much irem, funguy, Femme Fatale, u guys are the best,
i’ll keep u posted on what happens  and i am hoping to find something on her wedding too, cuz i heard lots of good ppl come to weddings :hehe:

Let that not come in your way of enjoying the wedding for the wedding itself. You will be surprised. Don't keep your hopes too high, just have fun :)

typical carbs are rice, bread, noodles, pasta, potatos .. right but do regular corn flakes contain carbs ??

it never got in my way of doin anything, but thanks for the advise.
:k:

Saadia, corn flakes contain carbs. Try Bran flakes instead.....keeps you regular too.
