keeps cracking. Everytime I move its like ktktktktktkt (cracking noise). Does this happen to you guys too? Is this even normal? Its so grossssssss. My neck cracks, my back cracks, and its getting worse. I feel like my vertebrae is coming undone. Pretty soon i’ll be a mass of flesh with bone here and there.

lol, I sound like packs of firecrackers sometimes!! My back, neck, knees, elbows, shoulders even my fingers and toes...all of em snap and crack! Dont know why...but something I do know is that when I take the time to crack all my joints I feel SO much better! I was on gymnastics team in high school and college and the team-mates used to have cracking contests and come up with the best ways to get the most cracks out lol.
Yeah I guess it can be embarrassing so while your hubby is in his morning shower, take the time to get all your cracking done. Once the cracking is all done, it takes some time to build up again so just keep to a good schedule and you'll save yourself the embarrassment of snapping in front of company.

I was on the track team, and I recently started running again, could that be the reason? And yes my knees too. If you put your hands behind your back, grab fingers on both hands and stretch, you crack even MORE. My toes crack too, do your toes crack? I can move my big toe back and forth and I'll hear it cracking

ah omg! funny story I just remembered! I learned this joke from the evil gals on the gymnastics team and used it during one of my "summer intern" jobs....
During a staff meeting most people show up with their styrofoam cups of coffee. I finished my coffee and surreptisiously put the cup in one hand behind my neck. Other hand I put in front by my chin...made the motions of turning my had with my two hands and at the same time crushed the cup so it made this horrible crushing sound like my neck was broken....you shoulda seen their faces lol!! They were ready to call an ambulance!!

The whole thing about cracking is that there are these gasses that build up in the joints. Personally I think its a good idea to get rid of them, some do not agree but those are the "older school" fold who think that it will cause arthritus later in life. Nothing has proven this will happen tho. I think its good to get rid of any negative force in your body and you can kinda tell that its a good thing because after a good cracking session you feel SO much better.

Sometimes when I run I feel like my hip joint is getting dislocated (God forbid). I dunno what to do! It's like my bones are unraveling, its a mess. And ya I do drink milk
