my four week old has recently started grunting too, makes me worried if he has a nose blocked or something

a friend of mine is a freaked mom, her 3rd one who is 3 months old produces sounds like asthmatic, she recorded that sound and took it to the peds, she said its perfectly OK, these are baby sounds.

make sure he doenst need a burp and it isnt gas...

He try to digest the milk .. my suggestion: Use small pillow for his head. Or after feeding let him sit on bouncer for a while.

Yes, it's prefectly normal. Mine does it too, more if he has a burp stuck in there somewhere. He also does it more often if he sleeps unswaddled. The ped reassured me that it's normal and nothing to worry about.
