thx 4 d reply. sum moms who bf n their babies r intolerant pump their milk before bf cus the sudden letdown n foreceful milk hs alot of sugar in it i did it fir 2 days but its so incovenient i cnt pump b4 givin cus she cries so mch!! shud i talk to my ped.. either case wot u recommended is ideal for bb mothers but bf cn do lil to solve the prb
