Where is your husband or extended family, im sure they can help for a few hours here and there, esp husband, you need sleep, if your cranky then it just makes it worse. try resting, give baby to hubby/mother for a few hours, and get baby checked at docs.

i m currently wid my mom n she dus help. my hubs help too but not more thn half hr.wen she was born till 1 mnth he cud tk care of her for 1 or more hr but not anymore so he is equally helpless…
