You know what, when I used to work for the PI dept, I seen soo many cases where kids did this sort of thing. At this speed it doesn’t take much too loose control and crash. The sad thing is this always results in death.
From there you get the police officer who has to pluck up the courage to tell the family, the paramedics who could have made better use of their time, and finally the lawyers who try to compensate those families for a lifetime of loss. Its such a pointless but vicious circle...
its easy to be reckless for those few seconds of glory but believe me, god forbid, if you had lost control, you would have been paying for this for the rest of your life. I seen loads of kids convicted at trial in this sort of involuntary manslaughter and its pretty sad as most of them just did this sort of thing for kicks, little did they know what was ahead of them!
I don’t mean to burst your bubble, just a little reminder that there’s a nasty reality out there.....
