Ishaq dee baa haddan da balan
tay ashiq paay sakindaay hooo
Ghut kay jaan jiggar wich araa
daikh kabab taleendaay hooo
Phiran sarkardaan harwailaay
tay khoon jigaar da peendaay hoo
Ashiq tay bahoo boun haoy
per ishaq naseeb kehndaay hooo

In aankho me aansu aaye na hote,
tum jo peeche mud kar muskuraye na hote,

chale gaye zindagi se yun kuch bhi na bolkar,
keh dete to yun sapne sajaye na hote,

sau aansuon ke badle mujhe khushi hi de dete,
to aaj yun gham ke baadal chhaye na hote,

gar hota pata mohabbat ki raho me,aise bhi mod aayenge,
to humne chahkar bhi kabhi yeh raste apnaaye na hote,

mere ashko ko tumne mehez paani karaar de diya,
pata hota to aaj yun motiyon ke sailaab bahaye na hote,

tumhare jaane ke baad pal-pal ye gham hota hai,
ki meri zindagi me kaash........tum kabhi aaye na hote........
