Guys, mutanjan is meethay chawal with multi colors and it also has chicken in it. Some people also make it without chicken. My mom makes the colorful rice all the time (she rarely uses yellow color alone) but i wanted to try it the authentic way. I think its called Kashmiri Mutanjan, not sure though.
Any recipes to share, anyone? CA, check your recipe book or you'all need to go and ask your moms for me, pretty please! :D
