Re: Mutah [temporary marriage] in the time of Amir ul Momineen Ali ibn Abi Talib
I like this argument :k:
I say same is the case with divorce. Surely, it is the most despised ‘halal’ (allowed) thing in front of Allah. Most of us wont consider this option in our worst nightmares. God forbid.
Our dislike remains constant in ideal condition, but we all know that not in the best of circumstance divorce is the best way out.
Frankly, who cares about theory ?
In my opinion being the 4th wife of man is least desireable situation for a sunni muslim women.
Anything allowed simply does not mean that it is also encouraged.
Look at this way.
Just like Divorce is allowed
but it is most despised arrangement in ideal conditions
Mut’ah is allowed (for Shia )
but mostly frowned upon in ideal conditions
