Ok i wasnt trying to say mutta is same as 4th marriage .. I was saying how people wud mind giving there daughter for 4th marriage… but it wouldnt make it haram …same goes to mutta … fathers wud hesitate giving their daughters for muuta but it doesnt make it haram !!!
Offcourse there is a different of rights !!!
Abt Mutha not having same rights … according to my understanding, its makroo with a girl who is never married before and halal with widows and divorced !!!
Its like a Job where u get all benifits with the pay ,… and iternship where u get paid but u dunt get benifits coz its only for a given time period … Plus if u have a baby in the mutta thats fathers responsibilty to take care of him and u can always change it to permanent Marriage !!!

Isn’t it kind of a like a legal cover for a the cohabitation, bf / gf system we have in the West? And how the hell can be people be sooo DUMB to compare a wife with a mut’aa?
