veryyyyyyyyyyyy good…it relaxes ur scalp if u massage it in…i have itchy scalp in winter and i apply ,it feels really good…secondly the hair will feel very shiny and soft, plus healthy,
it is a very good conditioner for hair and scalp, to remove the oil u need to shampoo twice sumtimes so that ur hair feel clean and fresh,

I prefer coconut oil because Mustard Oil has such a distinctive smell.
