I don't beleive any other govt in past gave that much money to Karachi for development.
Well the first Bhutto Government (1972-1977) also spent generously on Karachi and constructed some mega structure of that time: I would mention following three:
- Liaqatabad Super Market
- Liaqatabad Subway
- Dual carraige way bridge at Teen Hatti.
