You can't change the universal law which is "survival for the fittest". The history of mankind filled with bloodshed and it will continue until the end of times.
It's a great video but have no contextualization with the history.

Unlike animals humans take care of our weak and elderly ... it is just a matter of extending that family to the whole of humanity. If being fittest means killing one another, then the idea is not true - but if fittest means doing what we can to survive then there is a lot more sense in helping one another to achieve that end. That is the message history teaches us in the 7th Century Middle East.

Aren't humans taking care of weak & elderly from the start? the seventh century bought the message of peace to the masses, the century hadn't finished and the same wars and destruction came back this time on the name of religion from the followers of same message. In our religion majority of people are waiting for Imam Mehdi & second coming of Hazrat Issa (A.S), what will they do shower the flowers on the face of earth?

If history is any guide, the destruction will continue regardless how much peace we promote.
