i completely get your point - i didn't even pay lakh's for my dress but i did put a lot of time, effort, research and love into designing my dress and finding the right fabric and kaam that i felt best represented me as a bride. now imagine my annoyance when i found out the lady who made my dress, also made 4 or 5 copies of it and sold it to other brides as her own design!
having said that, i don't think bunto as a designer and an old hand at all of this would make an exact knockoff for zigs. i think she would use this design as a starting point and then base the rest of the outfit on zig's bhabhi and her taste/personality/figure, etc.
