Title is self explanatory :smiley: What are the masala that are basic necessities to have in the cupboard for cooking desi style or any style?

well i always make sure i have chilli powder, turmeric, coriander seeds, cumin, whole black cloves these are the main ones i use for desi cooking and then i usually have a few others ones depending on what i'm planning on making it but those are the main ones that are used often

main five for any handi:salt,, chilli powder.coriander powder, cumin,garlic paste

ketchup,mayo...for making quick n easy stuff

Usually my must have spices which are always in my cupboard are turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander, cumin, and amchoor (dried mango powder).
