So where should one go for wedding shopping and sightseeing in Islamabad and Rawalpindi???

murree road, china market, Commercial market and saddar in rwp
in isb there r a few designers in jinnah super, f-10 markaz
food:
texas steak house in saddar, chaats from commercial market, des pardes in saddar
in isb u will find gud restaurants , fast food as well as continental. my all time fav is KC grill in F-7,there is pappasalis in jinnah super, monal at pir sohawa, dam-e-koh restaurant, atrio, bbq tonight,if u r into chaats then go to hyderabadi chatkhara in f-10 markaz (my fav)
sight seeing:
faisal mosque, pakistan monument, pir sohawa, dam-e-koh in isb
and ayub park , jinnah park in pindi
visit centaurus mall in isb, they have a kids play zone too

Visit Centaurus Mall, its nice but not for wedding shopping. Eating you can go to Jinnah Park in Rawalpindi as it has a few eating places inside it, Jinnah Supermarket F-7 has a few restaurants nearby or Jinnah Avenue (Blue Area) has a lot of eating places and parking is easy to find. Visiting I would visit Ayub National Park in Rawalpindi, Dom-E-Koh is good but I think Pir Sohawa is overhyped. Fatima Jinnah Park (F-9) is a good place for a evening stroll.
