I had always heard that eating fish is good, cz it healthy and it improves the brain cells (remember all the Jeeves stories). But lately, for some kinds of fish, there is the warning of mercury-content, which is bad. I think the kids of fish which were mentioned are swordfish and sharks. Some even mentioned canned tuna in this category. Specifically not to be taken by pregnant women (in more than very moderate quantities)
Does anyone has more insight on this issue?
yeah tuna apparently has some mercury in it, or so that I have read..I think a bowl of tuna ensures that you get your daily intake of mercury. There are no warnings on tuna cans apparently.

Not sure about the mercury content in fish, but fish is great for you because it reduces cholesterol.

i used to lack in diary products intake..so what i do now..one day i might drink a milk shake..or mango shake..next day..i'll eat sabzi wala yogurt..coz i can't eat plain yogurt..

Yeah, I used to eat sugar yogurt also as a kid, along with roti. It was yummy. I haven’t had that in over 15 years ![]()
Fruit juices, as much as possible, and Milk.
And and and.. menu, cheesecakes, eclairs, elephant ears, sugar puffs, ice cream, pen caps, chalk, and paper. :o
subzi wala yogurt is simple..you take yogurt..put some salt and paper and add some vegetables like onion, tomotoes, pototoes (boiled), cucumber etc...or whatever vegetable you like..its like vegetable raita..but its yogurt..raita does have fluid consistency plus raita contain other spices too.
