MUST do Reminders (Add yours)

  1. Scan all the necessary letters, documents, contracts, project papers,…etc. and keep two copies. One in Usb and the other in personal computer, so that it may help when the original docs are lost.

  2. After any formal / informal, relevant/ irrelevant discussion with the Boss, immediately update it in summary form in the word document and save it in the Usb. Don’t forget to mention the date on which the discussion took place. The irrelevant and informal discussions would help you judge the likeness/dis-likeness, habits, nature and personality of Your Boss. Writing down minor details (that is usually evaporated from the memory) would help you in recalling the points that the boss mentioned casually but might prove to be necessary to consider in future.

  3. Categorize all the information by making a separate folder for each category, so that it can be easily and quickly accessed whenever required.
