No. because no where does it state that to abide by sharia law as a personal choice, you have to disobey thier law. You work your way around it. For example, even If we live in a western country, we still get Nikkah and Talaq the Islamic way alongside dont we? The officials here are not talking about forbidding sharia as a source of law for the governement (that is not very likely to happen) but as a personal choice. Shariah cant be dismissed like that for practising Muslims. Hence, it’s blatant racism fullstop.
