Indian government is habitual Liars and Hindu fanatics are full of terrorists. Pakistan could not and should not even trust whatever Indian government says or claims had investigated.
I think that Pakistan should officially ask Indian government to send the bodies of terrorists to Pakistan so that if they are Pakistani they could get buried in Pakistan. Further, Ajmal Kassab should be handed over to Pakistan or international independent body for investigation.
Later, Pakistan should do DNA test of dead bodies to determine who these terrorists really are, exposing lies of India. If India declines to give the bodies than making that an issue, Pakistan should reject all Indian claims and expose Indian Lies on world forums telling the world that if Indian are not liars, they should have handed over the bodies.
If India does not agree than Pakistan should show two fingers to India and tell them that they are liars and their investigation and claims are all bogus. Plus, Pakistan should take India to international court on context that they Lie and accuses Pakistan without any basis.
[Just imagine ... Ajmal Kassab and Abu Dera Ismail Khan, none of the name is real. No Muslim would have a name Kassab, neither anyone would name Abu Dera Ismail Khan (daddy of Dera Ismail Khan). I sincerely believe that all terrorists in Bombay massacre are Hindus most likely belonging to Indian Military Intelligence sacrificing their life for propaganda or RSS].
At least India should treat its Muslims just like Pakistan is treating its Hindoos. If that happens there will not be a problem. It was a great fault of Nehru and Ghandhiji to keep India as a secular state due to which the Muslim population (17 crore ) increased a LOT AND NOW IN A POSITION TO ASK FOR ANOTHER PAKISTAN
I love it when Indians twist facts to make argument. Majority of Pakistani Hindus were in East Pakistan (now Bangladesh) & that is the reason for population decrease b/c East Pakistan is no longer part of Pakistan.
India is killing the innocent Muslims .So their population increased from 3 crore (in 1947) to 17 crore in 2008.. The dignified Pakistan is protecting its Hindu community. So its Hindu population increased from 20% at the time of independence to 1.6% in 2008!!. What an increase!! and what an irony. The Indians, especially the indian Muslims are proud about the way Pakistan is lliving!
Well truth_finder, it seems that you should change your name to truth_twister :). In 1947, population of Muslims in India was around 4 crores (unofficially, much more) out of total 30 crores. Now Indian population is 4 times what it was in 1947, so if Muslims increased 4 times or more, is that a surprise?
On the other hand, as education is spreading in India, more and more people must have started thinking that how come they are inferior to Brahmin, how can they follow a religion that portray God as dependent, racist and numerous, etc ... plus why Indian religion is mostly based on illogical myths, etc.
You should know that at one time, all untouchables and dalits were thinking to convert to Islam in mass, but that got stopped because of partition in subcontinent, plus Ghandhi making fool of them by introducing a new term 'Hari-jan' (son of God) in Hindu religion for them. Anyhow, it is natural that Islam is spreading in India fast and I would not be surprised if there would be 90 percent Muslims in India 100 to 150 years from now.

Pakistan is aware of the identites of these attackers … hence their emphasis on " non state" actors …
They refused to take the bodies of the attackers in 2001 parliament attack … hell they even refused taking the bodies of their soldiers in Kargil war … what makes you think they will take the bodies now !!!

Well, i am educated,my family is educated, and we are from a caste lower than Brahmin's. so that should put me into think of embracing Islam, right?
have you done a Phd on Hinduism? Hinduism portays God as formless,genderless,timeless. and for that, God is allowed to be given any form in Hinduism for the benefit of the worshippers. why do you think that Hindus worship God in the form of a stone to idols to trees etc? why would Hindus visit and pray at Dargahs, Gurudwaras, Churches, Jain mandirs and Buddhist stupas and pagodas if doing so would challenge their religious beliefs?
all untouchables and dalits were thinking of converting to Buddhism, not Islam. Mr. Ambedkar, a dalit and father of Indian Constitution, himself converted to Buddhism and lead to frequent mass conversion to many more dalits to it, as Buddhism is a very close religion to Hinduism.
and how come division of the country lead to their not converting to Islam? they could have migrated to Pakistan, which many then-Indian Muslims did, or demanded their dominated place to be made a part of Pakistan.
Gandhi, and not Ghandhi, worked for the upliftment of Dalits. the word Dalit wasnt even in mass use then. they were known as the Oppressed Classes, a name Ambedkar gave. Gandhi just gave them a new, more Indian name. and how his giving them a new name stop them from converting?

That is the Indian twist, the emphasis on "non-state actors" means that govt is not involved however if there is any Pakistani involvement then it would be by non-state actors.
You guys wont accept the bodies because that would be an acceptance of guilt. You will treat these guys the same way as you treated your fallen Kargil soldiers. It would be left to India to give these guys a decent burrial.
It would be some years before your President accepts the fact that these were indeed Pakistanis.
Why would acceptance of bodies be acceptance of guilt? Pakistan should take them once India provides "solid proof" and then perform DNA to compare against the family they claim they belong to. If DNA tests positive then Pakistan can investigate further, if negative then Pakistan can build a grave marking it "Indian Terrorists buried here".
