Been there a few times, as I have a UK passport. Its actually quite nice, once you can see beyond the beggars and slums.
My point is that India should acknowledge its holocost, and then we can all move on.
I believe that India and Pakistan should have good relations, but part of this improvement must include an acknowledgement of the massacres of 47-48.
