You mean to say at 11,000 feet at a place which had no roads and is inaccesible during 8 -10 months a year. You must be joking .... if India wants to change demographics in Kashmir, they can do it in the cities and not go to inaccesible mountains.
Ya Kashmiris love their forests (at 11,000 ft )too and they don't want to pollute them with Hindus presence there.
