What exactly is the focus of your paper to be? Ie., school age children and the types of things they encounter during the school day? the age at which you're looking for a job and the types of things you'd encounter on interviews and thereafter, being the "new person" and different from others? Or being a working-age family in a western society? For each/any of these, will you be focusing on the male or female perspective?
I can give some insights to any of these topics but since each is so very broad, you should narrow your research and focus if you want to really "get into it" and do a good job...not that I'm picking on you but unless its like a major thesis project, you cant cover all of the above in a typical term paper.

thanx for the response....
well i was thinking more like taking a broader approach and discuss about the key issues like the importance of religon to muslims, their devotion and spritual connection to the God that sometimes get them in to trouble or seclude them at school, job or society level. More like a general idea of the kind of probems they face and issues they have. Its not something major though as its only an assignment for an elective class but i do not have resources to do the bibliography part.
