Generalization.
Let me give you a counter example:
A group of us friends were out and about. We left this place and walked to the cars. Because of the parking situation in the city, we had to park our cars 1/2 mile away from the venue. Well, after a few blocks of walking, one of the girls informed us that she had to go. There were no McDonalds in sight where she could go quickly. We spotted a hotel and walked in to talk to the concierge. The girl pleaded with the man to let her use the 'ladies room'. Now, here is a professional of a hospitality industry, dressed in a suit, and here is this stunner asking him for using the restroom.
Guess what? The concierge refused and he asked her to leave!
He was a professional of a hospitality industry. Shouldn't he have helped her too?
